Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the business relationship between Devendra Moorti Emporium and its customers for the manufacturing, supply, and export of marble moortis (statues). By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Order Placement
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information for quotation and order confirmation.
- All order details, including design specifications, size, finish, and quantity, must be clearly communicated at the time of order placement.
2. Payment Terms
- A specified advance payment is required to confirm the order.
- Payment can be made through approved methods such as bank transfer or other agreed options.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch or delivery of the product.
3. Design Approval
- Customers are required to review and approve the final design, dimensions, and specifications before production begins.
- Once approved, any changes may not be possible. If changes are requested, additional charges and delays may apply.
4. Production & Delivery
- The production timeline will be shared based on the design complexity and size of the moorti.
- Delivery timelines, shipping methods, and applicable charges will be communicated in advance.
- While we ensure safe packaging, risk during transportation may depend on the logistics provider. Insurance options may be provided upon request.
5. Quality Assurance
- We ensure the use of high-quality marble and skilled craftsmanship in every product.
- Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any damage or defect within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders once confirmed may be subject to cancellation charges depending on the stage of production.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the work completed and expenses incurred.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, patterns, and production processes remain the intellectual property of Devendra Moorti Emporium.
- Customers are not permitted to reproduce or use the designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Force Majeure
- We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, or other events beyond our control.
9. Warranty
- A limited warranty may be provided against manufacturing defects for a specified period after delivery.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, improper installation, or external factors.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
- If unresolved, the matter will be subject to legal proceedings as per applicable laws.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
12. Amendments
- Devendra Moorti Emporium reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
